Push-ups are as close to a perfect exercise as you can get. They work your entire upper-body (your abs), and can be modified in an infinite number of ways to suit any fitness level. Push-ups emphasize the chest, shoulders and triceps but every muscle in the body has to do its part for a proper push-up to take place.
Push-ups + squats = full body workout.
I just want to feel something other than complete apathy for what I study and my supposed career choice, is that too much to ask?
Apparently, a quarter-life crisis is imminent. Note to self: make a pro and con list of current life and evaluate.
I think I’m one of those people who like to wallow in their own misery before it gets too much for them and then they either spontaneously combust into a puddle of foiled ambition, or they haul ass to change something. I’m really hoping that I can find a way to do the latter, because I feel a mental breakdown coming on.
